This design by Jessi was inspired by realization that "Born in the USA" by Bruce Springsteen is a bit of a bait and switch: sounds like a patriotic anthem, is actually a critique of the uniquely American struggles people face. This shirts goal is to do the same thing, at a glance it's a patriotic tank top à la Old Navy but on a closer look it's a critique of our all-American home grown wealth inequality!
